Hello, my name is Kevin Olson and I am the owner of K. Olson Construction out of Scandia, MN. I have been in the remodeling business since 1985 & became a licensed contractor in 1995. We build new homes, kitchen's, basement finishes, decks, finish carpentry, custom stairs & railings, also specializing in room additions & home remodeling. I am an on site contractor doing most of the remodeling - carpentry work myself with the help of a great group of sub contractors. Having a good plan & attention to detail is what makes my projects successful. Having been in the business 28 years now I have learned that being on site to deal with all the issues of remodeling is the key to any successful project.
