The first step in the remodeling process is to discuss with the client their ideas over the phone or in person. At this time we will ask some questions regarding their building needs such as, scope of work, square footage, style and age of existing house, approximate budget, & do they have any blue prints yet. How much a client has to spend will determine right away if their desired project is possible. Based on past projects we have completed, it is often possible to talk about some rough numbers regarding their plans. With an approximate budget established we can then move forward with an in person meeting to discuss their project. Depending on the scope of work, blue prints may or may not be needed at this time to get an accurate estimate. If blue prints are required we can steer you in the right direction as well. We also draw up our own plans as needed on smaller remodels and additions. A client and contractor relationship is important and they need to feel comfortable with each other, and this is the first step to a great remodeling experience.
