I lost my home to the Hugo
tornado and hired K. Olson Construction
to rebuild it. I was very pleased with
the entire process. He was able to excavate
the old foundation so no soil corrections
were required, accompanied me to all meetings
with subcontractors, worked with my insurance

We hired K. Olson Construction to finish
our basement a few years ago. We were
impressed with his work, so we asked
him to build our deck, and he did terrific
work on both. When we were in need of
a contractor to handle the major repairs
our house required after the Hugo tornado
of 2008, we thought of Kevin. Of course
we wanted a contractor who we trusted
and knew did quality work. But, we also
needed someone who could assist in dealing
with our insurance claim. Kevin met
all these needs, and he worked directly
with our insurance adjuster to make
sure we received a fair settlement.
Then he got to work on the house. There
were a lot of decisions to be made regarding
the repairs- Siding, windows, roof,
stone work, flooring etc. Kevin assisted
us in making choices as we updated our
home, and was always available when
we had questions. He really was a great
guy to work with and the finished product
looks terrific.
